Cease and Desist – Unauthorized API Access and Use of Parrot AI

Dear Hans Henrik Bergan,

We are aware that you have created, published, distributed, or otherwise made available an unauthorized unofficial API for Parrot AI. This conduct has continued for over ten months, has enabled repeated unauthorized abuse of Parrot AI’s services, and has caused substantial financial damages to Parrot AI. Your actions are unauthorized, infringe Parrot AI’s rights, and have exposed you to significant legal and financial liability.

You are hereby directed to immediately:

Cease and desist from developing, maintaining, distributing, advertising, or supporting any unofficial API, integration, wrapper, or related tool involving Parrot AI;

Permanently disable and delete all related code, repositories, forks, documentation, packages, endpoints, websites, and other materials associated with the unofficial API;

Stop all unauthorized access to, scraping of, or interaction with Parrot AI’s systems and services; and

Cease all use of the Parrot AI name, product name, trademarks, branding, and other proprietary materials in connection with this unauthorized activity.

Be advised that if you fail to comply, Parrot AI reserves the right to pursue all available remedies against you without further notice, including claims for monetary damages, disgorgement of profits and other proceeds derived from your unauthorized activity, attorneys’ fees and costs to the fullest extent permitted, and injunctive relief. Parrot AI will also seek to hold you accountable for the full extent of the harm caused by your conduct over the past ten months.

You are further instructed to preserve all documents, communications, source code, server logs, account records, financial records, and other materials relating to the creation, operation, distribution, promotion, or monetization of the unofficial API. Any deletion, concealment, or alteration of relevant materials after receipt of this letter may give rise to additional claims and adverse inferences.

Within 48 hours of receipt of this letter, you must:

(1) fully delete and remove the repository and all related materials, and 

(2) provide written confirmation that you have done so and that all unauthorized Parrot AI API-related activity has ceased.

Failure to provide both full removal and written confirmation within 48 hours will leave Parrot AI no choice but to proceed with further action without additional notice.
